…It’s taken me longer than I would’ve liked to work this one out but I’ve finally managed to disable the trackpad on my Lenovo X131e while still leaving the trackpoint (stick) working.

I recently installed FreeBSD for the first time and installed it on my Lenovo X131e. I instantly began battling with it’s evil Broadcom wireless card. This card had caused me endless trouble on Linux. After messing around with it for an hour or two I decided that this was the final straw and pulled the card out. I shoved it in a draw and plan to never look at it again!
…I began working through the fantastic OpenGL tutorials on learnopengl.com today and hit a couple of issues along the way.
Most of the issues I hit were caused by the fact that the tutorials are heavily biased towards Windows and Visual Studio while I’m using Ubuntu 16.04 and Code::Blocks.
